GW Projects is owned and operated by GW Deaver, a Virginia law enforcement executive with more than 24 years of public service, including service as a Chief of Police.
Long before his law enforcement career, GW developed his foundation in both residential and commercial construction and skilled trades. His experience includes residential painting, carpentry, concrete construction, heavy equipment operation, and serving as an assistant foreman with Century Concrete.
That hands-on experience taught him the importance of doing things right, paying attention to the details, and taking pride in the finished product. His career in public safety reinforced those same principles through leadership, accountability, professionalism, and service.
Today, GW brings both sides of that experience to GW Projects.
The result is a home improvement company built around quality workmanship, honest communication, reliability, and respect for every customer's property.
